Kidney Health Tracker is a medical diary app that allows you to track your appointments and medications, as well as measurements like urine protein levels, body weight, or even stress levels over time. All of these date-specific elements can be displayed together on a single timeline, which can also be shared with your doctor. Helpful resources like nutritional information and links to relevant news articles are also provided. Geared towards patients with kidney diseases like Focal and Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), Primary Nephrotic Syndrome, and other kidney and renal disorders, Kidney Health Tracker is an easy-to-use diary app that helps manage and track many aspects of your condition.
The app has the ability to share a data “key” with multiple users, allowing two or more family members to track the same medication and appointment schedule across multiple devices.
Kidney Health Tracker was written by Arbor Research Collaborative for Health.
